Line Decoration Bottom

Looking for ideas for main dishes, sides, desserts and drinks for your Christmas dinner? There’s no Christmas like an Italian Christmas (Natale)! Natale is one of Italy’s most celebrated holidays and is when families cook some of their most loved family recipes to dine with loved ones.

The Consulate General of Italy in Vancouver, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada–West and ITA – Italian Trade Agency in Toronto are hosting a free online cooking show on November 26th at 5.30pm. Chef Alessandro from Mangia Cucina Restaurant will showcase a selection of recipes to create the perfect Holidays menu.

The event will also include a virtual tour to an Italian winery to learn about the most exciting wines that go with Alessandro’s menu… and there will be participation of other special guests!

Participants who have purchased a Sorpresa! mystery box will find key ingredients for the recipe in the box, and will receive a preview of the recipe before the event, so that they can interactively participate in the event and create their recipe at home, following Chef Alessandro’s live advice.

Join this free online event with chef Alessandro as he shares with you recipes and ideas to make that perfect Italian Christmas dinner that brings jolly and holiday cheer to your table.
