Microntel is in contact with Siemens Building Technology in Canada. This company, as a main system integrator, is interested in cooperating and providing security solutions with Microntel brand in the event that a partnership/commercial agreement is agreed with a Canadian counterpart.

Brief description of Company’s product and services:

Microntel SpA. designs, produces, supplies and assists data collection systems, composed of hardware terminals and dedicated software in three main categories: access control, time attendance and shop floor data. The purpose is to provide fully fledged solutions that are customizable according to the customers’ requests and interoperable with several other appliances such as building security devices (CCTV, alarms, and anti-fire systems), ERP’s and payroll procedures. These systems are aimed at a niche, medium to high level market and are conceived for (but not restricted to) medium and large sized companies.

Business interest in Canada:

The main goal for Microntel is to establish a cooperation with a partner that is capable and willing to distribute the Microntel solutions and support them also from a technical standpoint, not only in relation to the Vancouver 2010 Games but beyond the Olympic event. The partner’s objective should be, on the one hand, to deliver the new products directly to its customers; on the other hand, to distribute such products in British

Columbia and possibly nationwide through local subsidiaries, distributors or resellers located in the country’s main cities
