BC & Alberta wine importers' mission to Vinitaly in Verona, Italy
Once again the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada, in collaboration with Veronafiere, is providing assistance to four member wine importers from British Columbia and Alberta interested in attending this year’s Vinitaly, in Verona from March 29th – April 2nd.
For five days every year Verona becomes the World Capital of quality Wines. Vinitaly is a prestigious exhibition of the world’s best wines, enabling all operators to make "the trip around the wine world in five days" in order to know, taste and enjoy thousands of high quality products from about 4,000 exhibitors.
The Italian Chamber will provide the selected companies with the following assistance:
* four nights' accommodation
* transportation to and from hotel and exhibition
* free trade show pass and catalogue
* logistical assistance during exhibition (assistance with meetings, interpreting, etc)
* Complimentary invitation to networking farewell gala dinner
This year, we are also offering assistance in setting up meetings with suppliers of your choice. Each participating wine agent will be asked to select 10 or more Italian wine producers who they would like to meet with at the tradeshow.
The Chamber, together with Vinitaly will then organize agenda of B2B meetings with these companies as selected individually by Canadian wine agents.
