On November 20th, 2004, the Italian Chamber of Commerce, together with the Italian Trade Commission and the Chamber of Commerce of Parma hosted “Discover Italy - Good Living and Good Business” at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel. This gala fundraising event celebrated Italy: its history, business, and culture.
During the day a trade show took place with a visiting delegation of Italian companies (please scroll down to view a full list of trade show participants)
Guests enjoyed an extraordinary multi course gourmet dinner prepared by Italian chefs specially flown in from ALMA - the world-famous culinary institute based in Bologna. A very special performance by Mr. Bill Vander Zalm presided over the evening’s live auction as auctioneer.
