Following a very successful Italian Top Chef Showcase in 2017, The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada-West is hosting another round of Italian Top Chef Showcase on Nov, 20th 2019 to celebrate the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World.
Enjoy a superior culinary experience that will include an exclusive Italian 5-course dinner with premium Italian wines and various delicacies, directly inspired by Chef Luca Malacrida (Captain Chef of the National APCI Team), Chef Giorgio Perin (Coach Chef of the National APCI Team) and by the Vancouverite representatives of the Canadian APCI’s branch including Master Chef Pino Posteraro (Cioppino’s).
The dinner will be accompanied by a cooking show by the two Italian chefs.
Join us in this unique opportunity to taste signature pasta dishes from some of Italy’s top masters paired with premium Italian wines, and enjoy a night full of surprises and a superior culinary experience!
The 5-course menu will be inspired by traditional Italian recipes re-invented by the visiting chefs of Professional Association of Italian Chefs in collaboration with Canado-Italian chefs, members of the Vancouver Chapter of APCI.

This year, the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World – in its fourth edition – will take place from November, 18 to 24. The event aims at promoting Italy’s agri-food industry and the tradition of high-quality food and wine which is a key aspect of the Italian identity and culture.
Over a thousand events will be held all around the world, coordinated by the Italian diplomatic network, Italian Chambers of Commerce and Italian Institutes of Culture.
