weaving together CULTURAL HISTORY, TRADITION, and of course… FOOD!

Italian Wine and Food Pairing (CUIS 1159)

Gourmet Gelato (CUIS 1158)
In each workshop you will:
– Experience, first-hand, the preparation of fine Italian cuisine
– Prepare and sample delicacies from various regions of Italy
– Learn how to recognize and use authentic Italian DOP and IGP products
– Learn about typical dishes from various regions of Italy
– Receive a Certificate of Completion
