Upcoming Trade Missions to Italy

TRADE MISSION TO CROTONE - CALABRIA
June 5 to 6, 2012

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada, in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Matera, Chieti, Cosenza, Crotone, Foggia, Latina, Potenza, Siracusa and Molise, and with the exclusive partnership of Mondoimpresa and Unioncamere, is organizing the 3^rd edition of SIAFT - Southern Italy Agri Food and Tourism 2012.
This important project is aimed at promoting the food and wine sector of 4 Regions of Southern Italy (Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria and Sicily) and this year will bring to these Italian regions importers and distributors from Canada, China, Brazil, and Germany.
We are selecting food importers and distributors in Canada to participate in the first stage of the project, which will focus on Olive Oil SECTOR and take place in Crotone (Calabria, Italy) from June 5^th to 6^th, 2012.

Qualified food importers and distributors in Western Canada will be offered the following incentives:

return flight (economy class) to Italy;
2-4 night accommodation;
local transportation;
daily meals;
interpreting services;
business matching and customized B2B agenda.

PRELIMINARY PROGRAM:

Sunday June 3^rd: Departure from North America
Monday, June 4^th : Arrival in Crotone (Italy), transfer to a hotel & check-in
Tuesday June 5^th: Sightseeing / possible cocktail reception (to be confirmed)
Wednesday June 6^th: Workshop / B2B meetings with selected Italian food producers
Thursday June 7^th: Check out, transfer to the airport and departure to North America and/or another Region in Italy
Friday June 8^th: Program to be defined (not confirmed yet).
Saturday June 9^th: Program to be defined (not confirmed yet).

trade mission in the digital media sector from lombardy

May 2012 - British Columbia and Alberta TBC

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada - West, in collaboration with PROMOS MILAN, is organizing an incoming trade mission to Calgary and Vancouver in the digital media sector.

The Chamber will select Canadian companies that would be potentially interested in setting up a B2B meeting with companies from Milan and the Lombardy region during their visit in British Columbia and Alberta, in order to discuss potential collaborations and new business opportunities.
